Online order

I placed an order on the 2nd of May and have been very understanding of the fact that orders might take longer due to our current circumstances. BUT I have been calling the call center where no one answers (holding on for 5 minutes). I have emailed them and used their online portal 3 times and still not a single response! I have waited for over a month now and this is the WORST service (not that I can even call it service) or rather lack thereof I have ever experienced! Disgusting!
