Online Order Cancelled Without Notifying customer
Worst service ever, I understood that my order would be delivered after 3weeks cos of lockdown. But what ****ing me off is the fact that their stupid call center says this and when you call again the one says that. They are damn ***********. Cant even keep a customer updated on their order, useless no wonder why the Edcon is falling apart...

29 May 2020, 14:38Thank you,but am also not happy with your call.center telling me that I will only be getting my refund only next week Friday a week later. Another wait like seriously this is ridiculous service being provided.
In actual fact I didnt want refund I wanted my order, but like your call center said unfortunately there is nothing they can do.
