Online order - ***

Good Day

I wrote on Hello Peter in July already, complaining about an online order that wasn't delivered to me. The order number is ***. The order was placed on the 13th of July and was never delivered to me. I have called numerous times, speaking to numerous consultants such as Boitumelo Sebetlela, Nomalanga Mnyango and Nompumelelo Mthethwa to name just a few. I have complained on Hello Peter, I have called and sent email to Edgars informing that I wont be paying my account until the amount of R699 is refunded into my account. I am able to pay my account but i could never pay my account if an online order placed in July is still not refunded.

This is to say I will continue with not paying my Edgars account until this is settled, if it will ever be settled. If this is not settled, I will not be paying my account. I will be quite surprised if anyone comes back and follows up because that has never happened.
