Online Edgars
I have been checking my Account online for the first few months after opening account with Edgars , And i was able to pull Statements from the online Account . Now I am not able to get statement online anymore . I requested to recieve statement via email on the last day of the month but i get my statement on the 15 /16/17. I call their call center they tell they will send me the statement within 48 hours . Why 48 hours? Why cant i get my Statements Online?

08 Dec 2017, 12:33Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention . We have followed up with our accounts team and the only time you will be unable to view statements is when the account is in arrears. Please try logging in once again.
