I purchased a benefit eye brow kit online . One items was faulty and I called your call centre wanting to return the item. Its been a month and i have not received feedback yet I was charged for this item Please can you rather cancel my purchase if it’s such a *******. I have paid a lot of money to just ignore the broken item
