Once bitten twice shy

Edgars group need to learn a thing or two from other retailers in terms of the turnaround time.on deliveries and keeping on their word. What happened to me now happened to me also in the year 2021. I bought my daughter clothes online on the 14 December, Edgars claim to deliver within 2 to 4 working days. Today is the 22 Dwcember and my is still not delivered, my daughter needs those clothes for Xmas. This happened to me again in 2021, where I ended up buying my daughter clothes for Xmas at Truwoths since Edgars failed to deliver on time. Pls get your house in order. The consultant on the other end of the phone kept me waiting for I.dnt know when till.my minutes depleted
