On Sunday 11 February 2024 we wanted to purchase jeans from Edgars. My husband only buy he's jeans from Edgars. Struggling to find any there was jeans on a ridiculous high self, but nobody in sight to help us. My husband had to look for a ladder to get to the top shelve. This is so unacceptable, because he is ill with cancer. Edgars needs to explain why they don't have staff to assist customers.
