OMG. What to do!!!
We are in Edgar's Menlynpark. We bought a watch in December 2014. My husband couldn't wear it as the strap was too short. We sent it to Police Head Office overseas. It came back and nothing has been done. He is so furious he wants it credited but they cannot trace the slip. It was bought on his account in December together with a bracelet. There were 2 transactions in December, a payment and this purchase. And it cannot be traced!!! SERIOUSLY!!! I am so damn furious there are no words. SO HE'S BEEN PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT HE DOESN'T HAVE AND THAT'S NOT RECORDED ON HIS ACCOUNT!!!
