old account query

I opened an account many years ago which is currently fully paid up. The problem is that now I cannot get any credit anywhere because my Edgars account is blocking my opportunities. I don't understand how this could be as this account has been settled for over a year now. I went to golden walk, where I opened my account and got a very rude lady that told me \ my account has been handed to lawyers"and that \""there's nothing she can do and I must leave and accept my situation\""<br> All I wanted was an explanation and how we can resolve this issue so that I can get on with my life.
