Edgars sadly has a policy of illtreating their elderly customers, of bullying and harrassing them, of reducing them to tears, of being abusive to them. They condone such action and Mr ADRIAN, himself feels that his staff who did abuse me is an Angel, the best staff member ever and he was even given an award for such abusive treatment! EDGARS, you employ your staff from trashbins and that is why they all have a stinking attitude, especially your managers. Sadly this complaint will not be read, nor responded to, just like my direct complaints to them went on deaf ears!
