Now That's How It's Done!

<p>After my last experience and review about Edgars Promenade, Michells Plain, my issue was perfectly resolved. I stopped by this morning and asked for Gary the manager. he could not attend to me personally as I'm sure he was dealing other important matters. This I understood perfectly. Gary delegated the responsibility to another manager (I forgot to look at his name), who took me through to the cosmetic section. He in turn discussed the matter with Roshana the Revlon who promptly said she'll deal with it right away. Roshana then issued me with alternative product based on the value of my previous purchase. She was bubbly and very professional! I left there feeling good and thought now I have something for the classroom on Monday. I am a Hospitality lecturer at Falsebay College and teach Business Sciences and Entrepreneurship. This was a perfect example of 'how it's done. Thank you to Edgars, Roshana, Gary and his deputy.
