Nothing being done about application
I went into Edgars Northgate to apply for credit. Filled out the forms and provided the necessary documents (bank statements, ID, proof of residence) everything was sent through to the designated people at head office. 5 hours later still no acceptance or declination from their side only pending. Claiming that they did not receive the bank statement even though the store dent it to various email addresses and I did the same. This morning I receive a call asking for statements. I once again send the documents. 3 hours later still no response or progress. Please note that my friend app**** with me for his credit and it took 10 min. This is ridiculous and quite frankly very aggravating.
