Not willing to assist(Bad attitude)

On the 11th September i went to Edgars in Alberton City to complain about the balance i was not aware of, because my credit limit is R8500 and some cents but i was surprised when i paid R2000 ON SATURDAY but the balance was still on R7100 I wanted to understand that because nobody told me about increasing my credit limit or even my account being on oversold because the last time i was at the store i was buying a make up and i added money because idid not have enough credit at the time. the lady who assisted me phoned customer service to find out what happened i spoke to the lady by the name Lungiswa who asked to speak to one of the service consultants after she spoke to me. They spoke and she said to me she is lodging a complaint for me because a purchase was done at the same store and the store manager will sort it out for me. I went to the bank while they were still busy with my query when i come back the lady who was assisting me with the query told me to lodge a complaint with the store manager by the name William Mateki. I explained to him that i do not understand how it got to R9100 because i asked the lady who was assisting me wit the purchase if i had enough credit and paid cash and nobody told me that my account was oversold and that it is not my fault the system allowed the transaction to go above my limit without me being notified they must reverse it because i was not aware of that if i was i was going to reject the offer. William has a very bad attitude he responded"'THERE IS NO WAY THEY ARE GOING TO RECTIFY THAT UNLESS I RETURN WHAT I BOUGHT TWO MONTHS AGO" which is the make up. I said how am i gonna return what i have already used he lifted his shoulders with an attitude ofcourse. I want Edgars to write off the amount that they never told me about because my ac count is supposed to be standing on R6500 if not less and remove William from the floor because he is lacking customer service s****s.
