I ordered and paid for a TV online for my mom. It was due to be delivered between 7 and 10 May (ie latest yeasterday) but wasnt. I phoned customer care, the store didnt have stock so they just cancelled the order. No plan was made to find stock at another store and I wasnt told that the order was cancelled. Not OK.
