Not responding to my mail

Ordered online everything was perfect now there was a return the only problem is that the return is coming back with my old address on my profile on the system I sent a mail yesterday advising that the address is incorrect the company is closed I told them to use my house address which is what I used the first time no one responded both Edgar's and the courier company
