Not responding

Hi I submitted an email to the financial services earlier this month and up until today I have had no response. I bought items and returned them after the cut off day and asked them if they could recalculate the monthly instalment I ow as the instalment is almost the same amount as what my outstanding balance is. I find Edgars lack of communication to be ridiculous as I'm a loyal customer and have never skipped an instalment.<br> <br> Natalie
