Not replying to my emails

I have emailed on many occasions and got a response to my first query sent through but not my second query which I keep following up on I need to confirm that the club VIP connected to my Edgars account is canceled as I didn't even ask for it on the first place so I don't know why the staff who gave me my account card even activated it and the club Life is active as that's what I asked for and want it in writing that's why I emailed
