Not replaying back money

I made an incorrect payment to Edgars on the 3 of May 2025. Been in contact with them since 5th of May for a refund. Back and forth with different documents I had to send. Still waiting for My R13 000 , today us the 25th of June 2025. This is unacceptable and utterly disappointing. When you owe them R10 they will call you non stop. But when they owe you money , you won't get it. This is borderline *****ing. Holding on to money that is not yours!!!!!!!!!
