Not receiving statement
Hi
I went into an Edgars branch to request that my statements be sent to my physical address in March 2017. I am yet to receive a statement at this address. In September 2017 I went to the branch again and requested that the statement be sent to my email again and this also has not happened as yet. Prior to March 2017 I was receiving statements via email without any issues.
It is shocking and disappointing that a simple request like this cannot be executed effectively.
