Not Receiving Policy Documents
I took out a funeral policy that Edgars offers in conjunction with Hollard, they say you will receive the policy documents after 2 months. It has now been 3 months and I have received nothing and phoned in over 5 times and every time they say you will get it within 48 hours. I now wonder if this is just a money making scheme and when it comes time to pay out, they will have a hundred excuses. This is such poor customer service
