Not receiving birth day vouchers

I have been a good and reliable member of of Edgars since 2011. I am of the understanding that I am supposed to receive birth day vouchers every year but alas, I have never received anything for the past years. <br> May someone please do something about this because I am now agitated and feeling betrayed by one of the big retail stores in SA. <br> I need my vouchers dating back to the year I opened my account.

Thank you for raising your apprehensions with us. Please be advised birthday vouchers are received by CLUB Members. Non club members do not receive birthday vouchers. We apologise for the misinformation.
