not keeping promises
Can someone please advice why my insurance claim was approved and only covering 4000, if i have bought a cover of 5000. If the cell phone value have depreciated guess the premium should have went down.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please note the insurance covers the cell phone that is lost and the pay our will enable you to get the similar cell phone, and if the customer wants to take another cell phone, it is still allowed.
The terms and conditions states thus 'if the cell phone value depreciated, then the customer will receive the current amount for the value of the same cell phone'.
