Not informing customers of promotions going on in

Last month i went to Edgars stores to buy 2 pair of jeans and there was a promotion of free to be you jeans where when you bought 1 jean for R299 but if you take 2 you get to buy one for R199 only, i bought 2 jeans one was R199 and the other one was R299, i was not informed at the teller about the promotion i just paid and went out of the store until my collegue told me about that promotion turns out we bough same pair of jeans but she got them cheaper because the teller at a branch where she bought the jeans made her aware of the promotion, i mean surely the tellers at Edgars Standerton should have known that there was a promotion of this kind in their shop, i feel ****** right now its not funny, i mean dont they get trained or something on such things, i am so upset and never returning to Edgars Starnderton no more, i will drive to Secunda if i have to because the tellers at Standerton seem to be unaware of what is going on in their shop. i wonder how many custormers got this raw deal like i did
