Not helpful

Tried calling finite edgars insurance to change the spelling of my middle name and the correct adress as I see that it is misspelled on the letter I received about their new insurance prices for my phone, called and spoke to a Nonkululeko, she wasn't much help, didn't give me a chance to try and explain this to her, I'm doing this because I don't not want issues when an event of claiming arises
