Not getting statements
I have a problem with Edgars who cannot give me a proper statement of my account. For months now I do not receive a account in the post, only on my phone. I tried to connect to my account on the internet - with no luck. The link they promise to send never comes. They keep saying I am behind on my account from which I differ as I paid all installments and in June I paid an installment for about 3 months ahead but they still say I am in arrears?<br> <br> i am totally fed up. I urgently need proper statements.
