NOT Delivered and My Order Untraceable.

I am DISAPPOINTED in a service I just received from Edgars, Red Square Online Service, <br> <br> On the 05/10/2015 I purchased Two EDT Sprays via online and hoping to have the goods delivered to me in no later than 3 days, but as soon I realise that no call is/were made to me from the courier as per my experience and understanding<br> On how businesses do on-online purchases. It was really frustrating to learn via their Call Centre on ***and the Two Gentleman (agents) I spoke to by the name of Evan & Sipho who did their best to trace and track my order. They found out from the courier that my order or order <br> Number is untraceable from the courier. They seem not to get my order or cant trace it. What an embarassment.<br> <br> I am actually DISAPPOINTED WITH RED SQUARE online purchases it was my first time and The last, I thought it was convenient enough to get my goods in time as I opted for online buying, As I could<br> Not go to the store and purchase due to time constraints.<br> <br> However, I truly regret using this platform to purchase but I trusted enough that they were to live to my expectations, after-all I don't expect anything good with Free Deliveries.<br>
