not authorized financial services

For five months i have been paying the amount of 1000 rand to my account, not realizing that my balance did not change from 16000, Untill my son pointed it out to me. Then i went to query this in store the staff checked my account and saw that i have actually been paying for only financial services that was added on my account. but i never authorized or had knowledge of any such products. I went to edgars and asked one of the persons behind the customer service desk to phone head office. I spoke to someone who said she would get back to me with a voice recording of me where they say i may have agreed to the financial services. However i know that i did not. And it has been 3 months now and no one has contacted me with any recording. I want them to transfer the money i paid for the services i never authorized,to my actuall account which i thought i was paying, as i did not want or ask for any financial services. It has been months and this matter is not yet resolved
