Not allowed 6 months interest free
I was refused the 6 month interest free account because I have no credit history, but never told me when I app**** for the account. I can pay the account in 6 months, but they are still adding interest even though no payment is due. This is deformation of character.<br> It is also false advertising. I want the account changed and they are refusing.

Please be advised we do offer 6 months interest free accounts to customers, however, there is an affordability criteria that Is used to determine whether the customer qualifies for a 6 months plan, and if the customer doesn't qualify then the account will be approved on 12. Kindly note 12 months plans are no longer changed to 6 months. We apologise for the overall experience.
