Not able to return goods

I am currently 8 months pregnant with twins, and recently had a baby shower. I received a lot of clothes and as a result my hubby and I decided to return some of the items, and buy at a later stage. I have had no problem exchanging items at any other store apart from Edgar's. The items I was exchanging were fully intact, including the the price still on the item. I Do not understand why I had to now sift through aisles of items to find something I might want for the same value! The fact I got to edgars to do a voucher refund was an acomplishment in itself! Along with the unfavourable returns policy, poor service and exceptionally high prices, I do not see a reason why I should shop at Edgars. Both my husband and I will be closing our accounts with you in the near future! Review your returns policy, everyone knows that Edcon as a company is in trouble-and clearly they have the wrong company policy if that is the case!
