Nontransparent billing
Opened account with Edgars. Clearly asked the presentative that no additional services are added to account and they assured me none has been added. Also asked if any monthly amounts or services will be added to my account and they assured me none will be added. However I now discovered they signed me up for VIP member subscription which is added to my account on a monthly basis. I have also not received any VIP membership correspondence and hence does not even know what it entails. They did not disclose and explain the terms of the account that I was signing up for. They now hold me liable for services I did not give consent to. In April I asked the amounts be reversed, the call centre said they would and they didn't.
