Nonsense online service from Edgars

I have not received my parcel that i ordered on the 2nd October 2025 (***) the parcel indicate that it has been sitting at Pargo hub from the 6th October 2025 until today the 16th. Pargo tracking number PNJ***6-1. I have been sending countless emails to no response from both companies. Edgars doesn't care about their online purchase at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM EDGARS
