Nonexistent Service

On Saturday I went to buy new shirts. I wanted short sleeve lounge shirts. I could not find any at Key West and also not at Clearwater. To avoid travelling unnecessarily again I phoned Westgate branch. I had to make three calls because the promises to phone me back never materialised. I was assured they had two in stock.<br> <br> I arrived at the shop and selected some shirts (I included two long sleeve shirts in addition to the short sleeve shirts because there was a R100 discount if you buy two) and proceeded to the pay point. There was a queue of about 30-40 people. It took ages to get to the till. The transaction was entered and I was given the amount. I had my credit card already in my hand and held it out to the cashier who immediately responded that their EFT was off line and she would not be able to do the transaction.<br> <br> I was \told"to go and draw money and come back.
