none closure of the account ***

Two months back I went to Edgar's store in Waterfall mall and prior to that I was called by one of the call center people regarding the account of which, I ask them to close the account and they told me that I can only do that if the account is paid up of which I went to the shop and paid everything that was owed by me to the account and ask them them again to close the account and to my surprise even today the account is still running . I have wrote countless email asking them why is the account still open when I have requested it to be closed and even today I still haven't received an answer. Gordon Phefo ***
