Non settlement of account

I've sent an email to Edgars on 21st September 2020 requesting that they close my account due to them adding charges for no apparent reason. I paid whatever the last statement showed even though I have not purchased anything for months. I requested that they terminate the burial account with Hollard as I used that to keep my account active. End of November I received a statement and a notification from them to settle my outstanding bill. They're a bunch of ****** trying to rescue their sinking ship
