Non- responsive RCS Group - Edgars ito account closure

Good day, I am an Edgars Cardholder and have paid this account up. I have been requesting RCS group to close this account to no avail. I have exhausted all avenues as RCS group keeps telling me that the account will be closed in 30days in their next payment cycle. This is English to me as i am not told when the 30days will ever come to pass. Can RCS group please allay my anxiety, i want to close this account. I feel like RCS group is holding me at ransom.
