Non payment from edgars to my cellphone insurance

I have the cellphone insurance paying through edgars when I pay the account...the next thing I am trying to put the claim they are telling they never received payment from edgars but I am paying the account every month apparently they were blocked now i have to pay R510 which I don't have and I must still pay the access fees which is unfair for me because I am paying the account the next thing my cellphone insurance don't received any payment from them..reference number for edgars:EDCO*** and my claim number :SC028672
