Non existing worst service ever!!

I have been trying to close my Edgars account. I am billed every month? The tell me it is to keep my account open... I have followed process paid the account sent proof of payment, still nothing just to get another outstanding account. I phoned in to cancel and they said they will send me a settlement letter, still no help. I phoned in again to ask if they can see that I closed my account, just to find out it is still active and again I was told I will get a settlement letter. Up to now I am still waiting!!! I am so frustrated !!!! I don't know what to do any more.!!!!!!
