Non Existent Edgars Customer Service

I posted a complaint a week ago about customer service of Knysna Edgars. Edgars head office contacted me and said they would get the Knysna management to contact me immediately regarding my complaint. Knysna Edgars have still not responded so they are again giving a customer the middle finger. Still non extistant customer service from Knysna Edgars so avoid them like the plague and you will never be disappointed by bad service.
