Non existent customer service and support

I have been requesting Edgar's on numerous occasions to close the account I had with them. I have not used this account in years. I have been in store. I have send ens. I have called. Nothing happens. This shop just refuse to close the account and Register it as closed as well. I am at my wits end. This effects my credit score as well. I want this account closed off totally. As soon as possible.
