Non delivery of on line order ..... 3 weeks later

I have placed my order online on 29 November 2019. I not received my order to date. Despite several calls to the customer call centre I have been told they are waiting for feed on the delay. To date I have not received ant information. Spoke to a Ross who confirmed my order would be out for delvery on the 11 of December.. To date there's no sign of the my order. Today, after waiting on the line for more than a hour, Bandile tells the order is still out for delivery..8 DAYS LATER !!!.Absolutely Frustrated!
