NON COMMUICATION FROM EDGARS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have for more than a year not received an account from Edgars (I have had almost no purchases in the last 24months - I kept it active for the Ster Kinekor movie benefit). There is no service / help desk in the Somerset West branch Phoning them if futile as they continuously cut you off I have mailed customer services - First time was in June 2021 with no response The USSD code does not work either to retrieve my account balance, have again sent an email with no response. All I want to do is pay the balance and close the account - can it be SO difficult?
