Nobody actually knows the answer

I wanted to redeem a voucher for perfume. The fist person I asked if the voucher could be redeemed did not know the answer and had to ask customer service. Customer Service confirmed the voucher can be redeemed. At Customer Service I asked the question for a SECOND name. The answer was still yes and Phule told me that I can pay at any of the cashiers. So I get to the till and I get charged the full amount beacuse the voucher does not scan. So the floor manager Clement tells me that I in fact cannot redeem the voucher after two staff members told me I could? Talks to me like I am the idiot for even trying to redeem the voucher. Well that is why I asked the question, TWICE. So now it becomes my problem that your staff are uninformed and incompitent. Your store is an embarrasment to the entire group. I would hang my head in shame if I was the Store Manager.
