No Words

I am so upset as I am typing this. I placed an order online on 30.04.2020 for ESSENTIAL Items as classified by our government which up until now I have not received. I have phoned the Call Centre every week for an update as this is Winter clothes for my son but the only response I get is "your name is on a spreadsheet and your parcel is awaiting collection by a courier". My parcel has been waiting for TWO WEEKS already to be picked up by a courier, when is the courier coming????? This is absolutely ridiculous, I now have to go to another shop and spend more money to get my son clothes , and I have to hope and pray that Edgars will deliver hopefully by Christmas. This is pathetic pathetic pathetic. I will NEVER buy from Edgars again, and I have been a loyal customer for 20 years but no more.
