No way to switch 6 month?Why?Frustrated customer!
Hi.<br> Couple of years ago i have opened my Edgars account at Canalwalk brunch.I asked them to open 6 months account but customer service guy made mistake or did purposely i dont know now but now i have %22 percent interest 12 months account.I have phoned customer services but nobody can help me!There is no way to change i must close my account!!!!<br> I would like to switch my account from 12 to 6 months interest free account. Please help or i am considering to close my Edgars account.<br> Regards
