No visibility on my account
I need help with my account. I have been in contact with your accounts department to know how much I have paid so far and what credit is available on my account. No one seems to know this information and Your debt collectors are rude we might be owing but we are still customers and deserve respect. Please deal with Patience from MBD. Your collectors also claim to not have the information. I need an update and to find out what happened to the moneys I paid as the balance is not moving.

26 May 2020, 18:14Still no feedback on my account and Edgars sent me an a response to saying they are looking into the issue. I also check my ITC report and it shows my account has missed payment since lat year. I have been paying my account every month. This is affecting my report. PLEASE DEAL WITH THIS URGENTLY!!!!
