No tracking number, no information about the courier company
So I ordered just as lockdown started and again in April . No biggy, i kept tabs on the status of my first order when the online delivery sores were able to operate again... Once i saw that my order was being procssed for delivery i was jumping for joy... Checked the status again and it said itvwas out for delivery. Yay me, right?! No! It's been a week. I have no tracking number and the call center which i have called 3 times this week says there is no tracking number nor do they even know which courier service has my package... How do ypu npt have this information. I want my order! I eventually got ahold of someone on the FB page only to be kept hanging with still no information whats so ever

31 May 2020, 18:14Okay ive gotten no response from anyone and now received an email saying that there was an item that is out of stock that will be refuned (email received on 30th may) my order has been out since monday 25th may. The actual hell ate you people doing???? This is absolutely pathetic and i am now taking this to the press.
