No stock... High risk item for staff theft

Stock is not available from CellC as it is a high risk item. Apparently CellC is not delivering the 200Gig simcard to them either. So what story is the real story? CellC advertises it is available to purchase there. but there is nothing there... So what to do now? Who will order the Sim Card for me, so i can purchase it please!
