No stock and no service, surprised?

Hi, <br> <br> I am horrified in todays economic climate to find that what I believed to be a reputable chain store has proved to have such blatant disregard for it's consumers. I have tried to express my dissatisfaction but due to lack of space I am forced to bullet my complaint: <br> <br> * An experience of no service and staff expressing unwillingness to assist in 2 stores <br> * Not one mens short sleeve work shirt in Beacon Bay or Hemmingways in the middle of summer <br> * Not one item of clothing in Beacon Bay for 12 - 18 months or warm tops for 3 - 4 years. <br> * Being told in the B Bay store that they haven't had some of my requested ordinary items for years. <br> * H/Ways, much of the same thing and when requesting assistance, shrugging of shoulders and a vague look of \must I help you"was all we were faced with which was a shock in itself.<br> * I spent more time searching for staff to assist than shopping<br> * When attempting to buy a R2500 pair of sunglasses I was told that the lady had left and they would have to lose the sale"
