No statement since August 2015
I opened my account with Edgars June 2015, July I received a statement via mms which is something I did not agree to since i remember choosing email as my preferred means of communication. Come august I received an edgars statement via mms again but this time it does not open ,I called and reported and was assured that the following month it will be emailed to me.<br> <br> fast forward to January 2016 I haven't received any statement from them, I went back to edgars two weeks back and was told that my January statement will be emailed to me but I am sitting with an mms which does not even open. can I please get my statements from august till now on my email? the very same email I provided when I open the account and the very same one you send your promotions on. I am keeping my end of the agreement by paying you every month how hard is it for you to email me a simple statement every month?
