No staff on floor and not enough cashiers
President Hyper is the only supermarket/shop that has staff all over the shop to help with location of goods and prices. Also the only one that always has enough cashiers on duty. Well done. Pick and Pay and Checkers and Spar and Edgars and Woolworths.... the whole lot could take a leaf out of your book.
